Our programs connect seamlessly, creating a complete pathway from first contact with the land to deep community integration.
Participants are welcomed into Dream’s Garden through a guided introduction to the land and community. The experience begins with learning to ask permission, establishing consent, respect, and awareness in how we engage with the land, ourselves, and one another. This foundational practice sets the tone for safety, trust, and reciprocal relationship
Hands-on learning builds confidence, practical ability, and a meaningful relationship with land, food, and sustainable living. Participants continue to practice attunement and reciprocity as they deepen their connection to the living environment and to each other.
Participants engage in deeper healing work through horticultural therapy and Soil to Soul practices, supporting nervous system restoration, grief integration, ancestral connection, and the renewal of personal identity. This phase strengthens boundaries, self-trust, and internal alignment.
Through the Multi Media Imaginarium and community activations, participants step into voice, creativity, and leadership. They share their stories and contribute to a broader culture of healing, reinforcing agency, collective care, and sustained community connection.
Our programs are open to all. Whether you’re new to land-based healing or ready to go deeper, there is a place for you at Dream’s Garden.
